Lifestyle Homes and Renovations (LHR) is a small and reliable family owned building company that is locally based in Shorncliffe, specifically servicing the Moreton Bay and Pine Rivers region, as well as Brisbane’s Northside. Josh Lauder
Owner / Director
Owner and director of LHR, Josh has over 20 years experience in the building trade. Working as a carpenter for the first 7 years, 2 years as a supervisor and the last 11 years as a registered builder. Josh is a local 4017 family man who has been building in the area for the last 10 years and still going strong.
Vince Scott
Carpenter / Foreman
Vince is a carpenter/ foreman with 20 years experience. Vince has worked in domestic and commercial construction and has a brilliant all round knoweledge on all levels. Vince has been a foreman for LHR for 5 years and still going strong. Like most of the LHR crew Vince loves a spot of fishing on the weekend.
Terry Jones
Builder
Terry is a registered builder himself with over 15 years experience. He is all about quality finishes and keeping clients smiling. Terry is a family man first, builder second and also a mad fisherman.
BJ Freme
Carpenter / Landscaper
BJ comes from a landscaping background and so loves external works as well as all things carpentry. Just freshly out of his carpentry trade, BJ is keen to show off his all round skills on the job.
Chris Wilson
Apprentice Carpenter / Concretor
Chris is a second year apprentice carpenter but also a qualified concretor. Chris is loving learning the new trade but still likes to work with concrete when needed. Chris is a very easy to get on with sort of guy and loves a spot of fishing on the weekend.
Jack Counihan
Apprentice Carpenter
Jack is a second year apprentice and is loving his carpentry trade. Jack is a great worker, very diligent and takes pride in keeping a safe and tidy site.
Jack will be a fantastic tradesman in a couple years once he has completed his apprenticeship.
